Jason Boone, Broker - Sales & Marketing Manager
Jason and his wife relocated to Central Oregon from Seattle in 2003. Like Terry, Jason migrated to Real Estate from the Ski & Outdoor Industry. In fact, Terry and Jason worked together in the Ski industry for over 11 years. Their partnership in Real Estate is therefore based on many years of respect and trust. His background is a diverse mix of sales, marketing, customer service and technology. Jason’s uncompromising attention to detail and design experience will ensure that your property is marketed for maximum exposure. He enjoys spending time with his wife Karin and daughter Ashley and actively pursues excellence on his telemark skis and mountain bike.
Lindsey Beltran - Client Care Manager
Having grown up in Bend from the age of two, Lindsey could hardly wait to stretch her wings in the big city. Lindsey developed a passion for understanding consumer, client and corporate needs during her years in New York City. With the big city corporate experiences under her belt and a family of her own, she has returned to Bend to give her children an upbringing as fortunate as hers. Real estate, however, is far from foreign to her. Her mom, Jane Williamson, was in real estate in Bend for nearly 15 years raising Lindsey. Since her return to Bend, Lindsey has worked for Amerititle and NorthWest Crossing Realty. Lindsey is proud to be working with Terry and with a team of such integrity. Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and tap dancing. Lindsey teaches rhythm tap dance classes and can occasionally be spotted performing at local events & venues.
