Jason Boone - Broker, CRIS
Jason and his wife relocated to Central Oregon from Seattle in 2003. Like Terry, Jason migrated to Real Estate from the Ski & Outdoor Industry. In fact, Terry and Jason worked together in the Ski industry for over 11 years. Their partnership in Real Estate is therefore based on many years of respect and trust. His background is a diverse mix of sales, marketing, customer service and technology. Jason’s uncompromising attention to detail and design experience will ensure that your property is marketed for maximum exposure. He enjoys spending time with his wife Karin, daughter Ashley, son Eli and actively pursues excellence on his telemark skis and mountain bike.
Megan Bates - Client Care Manager
Megan spent the majority of her childhood growing up in a small town along the Oregon Coast. Her father ran a successful construction company while her mother stayed plenty busy with her interior design business. Upon graduating high school a year early in 2000, Megan couldn’t wait to experience college life in the city. While attending Portland State University, Megan developed an interest in pursuing a career in Real Estate. Her natural hard-working abilities combined with extreme motivation to learn a new business helped land her a job working for one of the top Real Estate Brokers in Lake Oswego. While working in Lake Oswego, Megan had the opportunity to invest in some of her own Real Estate. At the age of 21 she bought, remodeled and then sold her first home. After spending 3 years in this position Megan realized it was time to finish something she had started a long time ago. Megan left her Real Estate job to enroll at The Art Institute to finish up her Interior Design Degree. After getting engaged in March of 2008, her fiancé Bruce, asked her to move over to Bend and build a new home with him. Megan always knew she wanted to move back to a small town someday and Bend seemed as though it was the perfect place to start a new life. After meeting Terry and Jason she knew the team environment was exactly what she was looking for. In her free time Megan enjoys traveling with Bruce and staying active by doing some of her favorite activities such as yoga, tennis and snowboarding.
